Rog & Eric set out for Roberts Restaurant at Pokolbin to photograph Clare & Greg's Wedding on the 16th June. The weather may have been a little dreary, however it didn't dampen the spirits at all of the lovely Bride & Groom at all. Clare looked stunning in her backless gown and I loved the draping. She even donned a killer pair of deep cornflower blue Jimmy Choo's....oh jimmy, how I love thee.
Clare & Greg created a gorgeous atmosphere by providing pashminas to keep their guests warm, marshmallows to toast over the fire and even having an artist draw pen and ink portraits. It was a lovely day at one of our favourite venues in the Hunter Valley. Even the art of sabrage was included.....sabrage = For special ceremonies, a very clever person whips the cork off a bottle of bubbles with a sabre..as in steel, not light....mind you, I would like to see it done with a light sabre also!
Did I mention the cake? It was made of cheese, not a cheesecake however, but a cheese cake, as in big wheels of cheese...yummo.
The boys did a wonderful job as usual (Thank you Eric...yes yes and Rog) and I will now let you fall in love with the images.
